Owens Surveying was established in 2008 by Richard M. Owens Jr. PLS. We are a small local business to Haywood county, and serve all the residents of Western North Carolina for their surveying needs. Each crew member is from Western North Carolina and we are familiar with these mountains. We work diligently to complete each survey to the best of our abilities, and always strive to leave our customers satisfied with their choice to use our services.
