BACKGROUND
Years ago I studied commercial, architectural, landscape, business, portrait, and the history of photography. I worked for a large color lab in Orange County, CA and then later started my own business mostly doing portrait, landscape, and wedding photography. Now I added another amazing tool to photograph with. Drones. Now I’m providing aerial and interior HDR photography along with videos of for local realtors. My realtors are now selling their homes 32% faster and for 5.25% higher listing prices with my aerial photos, interior photos, and videography. I also provide mapping services, and inspection services. I truly love my job.
I’ve studied commercial, architectural, portrait, landscape, and the history of photography. I’ve also worked for one of the largest color photo labs in the country, and I’m FAA licensed to fly legally in the United States. I’ve worked with Realtors, Brokers, and marketing companies from all over our Nation and Internationaly as well.
EXPECTATIONS
When working with a new customer I set the proper expectations of what will be delivered, if locations are in no fly zones or not, and make the process as smooth and efficient as possible. Most of my services are delivered within 24 hours and billing is simple as I send an electronic invoice online where all major credit cards are accepted.
PRICING
Aerial photos only $125 (3-5 photos)
Interior HDR photos only $149 (25 photos minimum.)
Aerial photos and interior photos of homes valued at less than $350K is $199. (Minimum of 25 photos included and 30 second aerial video teaser with music also included.)
Aerial photos, aerial video, and interior photos of homes valued between $350K – $750L is $249 (Minimum of 25 photos included and a 1 minute aerial video/slideshow with music and Realtor highlights also included.)
1-3 minutes of exterior aerial and interior edited video with music add $149 to above packages.
For properties valued over $750k will need a special quote.
