MEP X-Ray Documentation — Pre-drywall 360° capture of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems before walls close. Creates a permanent visual record of every wall cavity — eliminating costly exploratory demolition during future repairs, warranty claims, or renovations.
Digital Twin Modeling — Unified as-built model combining aerial photogrammetry and ground-level walkthroughs into a single navigable record. Handed off to facility managers at project close. Includes MEP layer, Revit-ready exports, and full image archive.
Drone Roof Inspection — High-resolution aerial roof inspections with thermal imaging. Delivers insurance-ready PDF reports with annotated imagery. Post-storm and emergency deployment available across Florida.
