My name Ryan Solomon and I’m excited to share my skills with you through Sky-Solo Aerial Solutions. I’m a 48 year old husband and father of two and an automotive Technician with 20 years’ experience. In addition, I am a Veteran with over 20 years of service in the Army, five active duty and 16 years in the California Army National Guard, set to retire in the next year.
I am 107 certified (ID 4999591) and currently enrolled in Southwestern College’s Drone Applications program with an emphasis on Geospatial Information Science data collection and analysis. I have training in flight operations, Mission planning, and Real Estate photography and videography.
Looking toward retirement from the military, I saw the perfect opportunity to step into a new journey in life and leave the dealership I’ve worked for since 2015 to build something that speaks to me and inspires me to new adventures. This Year I set a goal is to transition careers to Remote Pilot full time as a small business owner. I am now building Sky-Solo Aerial Solutions, a San Diego, based Aerial imaging provider, specializing in Aerial photography and cinematography for Real Estate, Marketing, Events; and will soon be adding Survey grade Mapping and 2/3D modeling, Data Analysis, Infrastructure Inspection ,and Construction Project Monitoring.
